Open Positions:
Café Barista
Full-time and part-time positions available (minimum of 3 shifts per week)
Weekend availability required
We’re hiring personable baristas who want to serve coffee in a tropical paradise. Candidates must have excellent people skills and enjoy making each customer a priority. Reliability and the ability to excel at handling multiple tasks are essential. Responsibilities include taking food and drink orders, creating delicious espresso beverages, and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the bar and dining room. Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent experience for our café guests. Barista experience is preferred.
Carry-Out Team
Full-time, seasonal position
Weekend availability required
Are you an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who enjoys active, physical work in an outdoor setting? Do you excel at multitasking and enjoy helping people while tackling challenges head-on? Join our Carry-Out team and make a positive impact on our customers and your co-workers every day! This is an all-weather job where you are on your feet all day.
Receiving Team
Full-time position
Monday-Friday
Swansons has a full-time opening for a hard-working person in our fast-paced receiving department. You will be a part of a tight-knit team unloading delivery trucks, completing accurate documentation, and preparing orders for stocking. Candidates must be able to identify shifting priorities, like staying busy, and have an eye for organization and detail. This is an all-weather job where you are on your feet all day.
