Enter to be eligible to win one of four $50 Swansons gift cards:
Follow @swansonsnurseryseattle on Instagram, @swansons on Twitter, and/or Like us on Facebook.
Take a photo of your decorated indoor plant(s). We encourage you to name your plant(s) and talk about their personalities, too!
Post your photo on Instagram or Twitter using #heyswansons or post to our Facebook wall to be entered for a chance to win. You may post up to one photo per day. No repeat photos, please.
Note: Don't forget to make your Instagram account public so we can see the pic!
We will draw a winner on October 8, 10, 15 & 17, 2019. Each winner will receive a $50 Swansons gift card.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Contestants must have an active and public Instagram account, Twitter account, and/or Facebook account to enter to win.
This contest is sponsored by Swansons Nursery, located at 9701 15th Ave NW, Seattle, WA 98117.
Eligibility
The Houseplant Personality Contest is open to persons over the age of 18 who post a photo of a or multiple decorated indoor plants on their public Instagram or Twitter account using the hashtag #heyswansons, or on Swansons’ Facebook wall, October 5-October 16, 2019.
Current and former employees of Swansons Nursery and other companies associated with the promotion of the contest, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to win.
Contest Period
The contest begins on October 5, 2019 at 9:00 am and ends on October 16, 2019 at 11:59pm. A winner will be chosen in a random drawing October 8, 10, 15 & 17, 2019, from posts made prior to the drawing within the contest period. The winners will be contacted using the social media accounts on which they posted their photo during the contest. If any of the winners cannot be contacted within 5 days of the drawing, an alternate winner will be chosen.
Prize Information
Each of the four winners will receive a $50 Swansons Nursery gift certificate, which will be held for them at Swansons Nursery for pickup at their convenience.
Other Rules
Swansons Nursery reserves the right to to use posted photographs and document the results of the contest in both written and visual formats for promotional materials in-store, on the blog, website and other social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.), and other published media created by Swansons Nursery.
Our customers’ privacy is extremely important to us. We will not sell or give out any personal contact information to outside parties without express permission of the winner. Promotional materials will not reveal personal information about the participants (beyond public username) without their express permission.
Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules and the decisions of the sponsor (Swansons Nursery), which are final and binding. Winning the prize is contingent upon being compliant with these official rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
