Join our team!

At Swansons Nursery, we believe that great work starts with care—for our customers, our plants, and each other. We’re a locally owned, community-focused nursery where people work hard, show up with kindness, and take pride in being helpful every day.

We’re looking for people who enjoy physical work, don’t mind getting a little dirty, and find satisfaction in helping others succeed. If you’re energetic, love helping people, and enjoy working as part of a team, you may be a great fit. Previous retail experience or plant knowledge is helpful but not required—we’re happy to train people who are eager to learn and contribute.

Swansons Nursery is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to a policy of non-discrimination and to an inclusive work environment. We encourage applicants from all backgrounds and communities. We are a drug-free workplace.
