General Delivery Information

Swansons offers delivery services to our customers in the Seattle metropolitan area. Delivery fees are based on the size of the delivery and on five Seattle-area zones. See our delivery zones and prices below.

Zone 1: $30.00

NW Seattle, West Shoreline

ADDITIONAL FEES for SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

• Additional person (Zones 1-2-3): $30

• Additional person (Zones 4-5): $60

• The delivery manager will assess deliveries with difficult access, such as stairs or elevators, and discuss any added fees, if necessary.

• Tree Planting: Up to 4 trees maximum, planted in the ground or pots. Cost includes initial site visit, additional materials such as soil amendments, and the first hour of labor. Potting soil for planting in pots is not included in the cost

  • Trees sold in containers under 12” diameter: $100

  • Trees sold in containers 12”-24” diameter: $125

  • Trees sold in containers larger than 24”: fee will be determined after the initial site visit.

Note: Free delivery to any zone with a purchase of over $1,000.

Christmas Tree Delivery

Relax and let us deliver and set up your Swansons’ Christmas Tree this year. Since it’s important to us that our customers’ trees are as stable and safe as possible, we can only set up trees using stands purchased at Swansons.

See our delivery zones and prices below (prices include set-up). Drop-off only is priced at 1/2 the total delivery fee (including any additional fees for special conditions).

ADDITIONAL FEES for SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

• 8’-9’ & 9’-10’ trees require extra delivery staff and will be charged an additional $50.00.

• Challenging conditions such as numerous stairs, condominiums, elevators, etc., are subject to an additional fee.
